The root cause of the problem is their support is useless and I couldn't get a straight answer out of them either way so was forced to cancel the pending Namecheap.com transfer simply to renew the domain. I'll give it a few days and then initiate a new transfer away from them I reckon, then finally I will be free! FREE!
