For flesh toned humans with blue tunics you’ve looking at two contrasting colours on different sides of the colour wheel, which might be hard to find a suitable dip for. Have you painted many archers? If not I’d suggest changing their tunics to a brown or yellow tone and then just using dip. Dipped yellow tunics would look particularly good imho.

I have also stripped back and re-primed a handful of Tyranids – including a Warrior for some test painting. Plus I’ve realised I have a whole bunch of partially base coated Cadians that would also be superbly suited for dipping, since their paint scheme is pretty much brown tones as shown in this old post.

I agree, the shading on the weapons and standard are particularly effective.
