I was going for freshly turned zombies.....
Hell, to be honest I was contemplating painting them in the tone of Night of the Living Dead - Black and white. Could have had the whole thing knocked out in one night then!

Ya know I havent seen many green zombies, short of the dipped ones. I try and make mine look purple and bruised as all the blood clots up and looses its oxygen or greyish (often with a slight hint of green) for those husky old zombies with a bit of mildew.

Yeah I guess I'm fixated on Fantasy Zombies a'la Games Workshop - which means they gotta be greeen! Although I did like the way those blue zombies dipped green turned out - nice and drowned looking.

I hear you on that but they ought to look all bloated to realy complete the look. I wonder how easy it would be to paint them so they looked like charred corpses.

I only got a little bit of painting done last week. My gold paint has dried up also =[
I did have a gaming night and we played Zombies!!! which was rather fun actually. The Game finished with someone escaping to the helipad but if we had of had another turn I would have had 25 kills (no deaths). Infact I dont think any of us died.
I also started a project I eluded to when that Dreadnaught computer case was posted. I have commenced the building of a 1:1 scale WALL.E with the intended use being a HTPC

I have been contracted to build some terrrain sets. My mate wants to start playing Malifaux which is a playing card bassed skirmish game which is good for him cause I think he must have got caught sleeping with the dice gods missus' cause his rolling is deffinately below averages.
I am currently in brainstorming mode but expect to see some work soon. even now foamcore is being marked and designs are being pondered on.
I am looking to build high detail with low time cost by using stamping and push molding probably with either DAS (air drying) or Fimo (baked) clays. I am first turning my burning eye at victorian era, Jack the Ripper inspired streets. In the works will be a couple other sets of terrain including Bayou, grasslands and waste land and possibly some subterrainian sewer/cave tiles (like spacehulk/descent).
Malifaux is a mix of Steampunk, victorian, Horror, western and a smidge of fantasy.

Motivated by our mid week game I got all the bulk heads for the original Necro terrain glued, cleaned & half under coated.
For the Necromunda afficionados out there I took the time to cut the little locking tab things off the top level of each bulk head (or set of bulk heads) so that it will create a smoother playing platform when standing above the bulkheads and also a slightly cleaner look to the buildings.

I finished my zombies when I got home today - hope to have pictures up tonight/tomorrow.
Now I should probably get back to my tank armies..... or my new pulp figures.... or my 360...
