Don't think I'm quite up to playing - but I'll probably pop along to have another look - and might bring my sole stalingrad building to make sure it's the right scale...  and I might have to ask y'all what the dead dude is for in my Oberfeldwebel Schmidt and his Grenadierkompanie Assult Troop...

Keen as mustard mate however I lack the car ability however if some generous handsome person were to give me a lift that'd be great and the only decision I'd need to make is what Army to bring?

Hey Daniel, got any dead Brits? I'm thinking of creating an overturned jeep for an objective...but I need bodies...

Which reminds me, Chris! Any chance you could bring a decal sheet or two along for the Brit tanks that I can have a squizz at? Trade you for something...?

Yeah, I fit that description - and I need to return your stalingrad book.  I could pick you up at 7.00?

Ok Peter Pig apparently sell

158. 8th Army Dead

But their web site SUCKS so badly it's hard to tell. Good god. Hire a web designer with half a brain, don't do it yourself in a weekend of your free time!

Jeez if I didn't already know their figures are ok I wouldn't bother!

Yup, I will be there for FOW, let me know how many tables to bring, if its more than one then someone might have to have a grass mat to make the table look better.

I can bring hills and area bases but my terrain is mostly out of scale (still)

God I need to have a good night painting Kossacs =]

Can I get a woot! Smiley THREE games of FOW and an observer! Madness.

Well I've got North Africa of course, plus the scratchy purple table of DOOM. So we'll need your port-table Dustan. Other than that any terrain people can bring along would be good.

I've just got enough for North Africa but that's pretty much it.

I can cover the purple scratchy table of DOOM up with a nice green mat of normandy-ness and can provide the terrain for said table but I'll be a bit stretched to cover 2 tables properly.

Perhaps if Dustan brings his hills and trees then 1 table can be NA, 1 Normandy, 1 the wilds of Russia (ie just hills and trees...? unless someone has a couple of features to bring along)

I must say 3 tables of FoW would probably justify a Woot... if only I knew what the hell it meant!

I was thinking the observer might have some fun pushing around a platoon or 2? lets see if we can get Jonathon in as a 2ic on one of the games rather than just watching!  Perhaps not tatical    command but at least operational command of something!

Also I think we just need to confirm we are talking 1500pt FoW games, opponent psuedo-randomly determined (ie attempts are made to avoid re-playing your most recent opponent)

Yes 1500 pts. But we should have an 11pm cut off time I reckon.

Aye, letting Johnathan driving some teams around is a fine idea assuming he's keen! They're just friendly games after all...I'd be happy to offer one of my Infantry platoons up. He might have better dice rolling than me after all!
