And now Kristina has broken her knee cap...  Roll Eyes

6 weeks on crutches.  That will be tough to manage with a 6m old baby.  Sad

Oh well, could be worse.   Huh

Its certainly been a crazy couple of months...

It was just a simple trip, landed on knee/wrist/chest and somehow factured the bone.
Its obviously quite rare as the doctors at middlemore last night were very excited (in a somewhat disturbing Greys Anatomy kind of way...)

Well that's nice, at least if your case is interesting you can guarantee regular visits from the doctors and doctors to be!

Hey! My two month old Lego parts order FINALLY fucking arrived. Jesus I will not order from those guys again. Instead of playing Skyrim I might build some more Lego robots and ACTUALLY PLAY THE RULES I've had kicking around for a week. Fucking Skyrim.

Fuuuuck dude that's pretty rough. Good luck though eh?

What happened? Branch closures? Which bank is this? So I can avoid using them in the future? We're with ASB but I suspect you were working for somebody else?

Its an internal restructure going from 20 to 11 staff (thanks to an apparently magical new computer system) and I missed the cut.

Too much time spent on Tabletop-terrain probably...  Wink

I agree with Stu, that really sucks. I hope you get back into work without too much hassle. I can't believe the broken knee cap, just when you were on the cusp of being a kept man.

The other topic is :

Is it just me or when winter strikes can you be not be arsed doing anything either?

Had a second interview yesterday that went well.  No guarantees but at least I'm happy with my performance.  If that job doesn't pan out (its a role related to what I do now) I'll have to get more creative and either look outside my main skill set or look outside my current company.

In other news Kristinas knee cap is (warning medical term follows) in "many many pieces".
So thats not good.  Kristina described the X-ray as "2 big pieces and then like hundreds and thousands"  so yeah.  fuck!

In response to Callum; in winter there is defintely very little arsing to be had.

Good news and bad news. Good luck with the interviews and jesus, Kristina's knee cap sounds worrying.

Callum I have the basic ruleset if you wanna try it out sometime! Name your evening Smiley
