Right, I have the rules which I'll read today. Is anybody interested except me?! I can PM you all a place to download a copy of the rules if you want.

I have enough Lego robots for TWO medium sized teams, or three little teams I guess. Maybe. Not sure about their load outs.

The whole setup is transportable too btw. So I could bung it in boxes and drag it down to your place Aaron.

Check your PM's. I've sent you links to the rules. They're pretty slick too for a draft. I'll forgoe Skyrim tonight and try playing a game through myself in the garage to get a handle on the rules.

Wonder where Aaron is...

I was out at Robertson Road Primary in Mangere doing some community work.

I shall also pass tonight.  Sorry.

Community work? Did they catch you drink driving again Aaron Wink

Man. We've lost the war gaming mojo eh? And it's winter even.

Might have to teach my kid the game actually. I need lots of coloured dice too dammit. Has anybody actually read the preview rules?

No I haven't read the rules and haven't really been caught up by the lego wargaming bug so have just been following your posts but lack an opinion of my own.   Grin

We've just had so much crap going on over the last 6 weeks or so and it just keeps coming.  Its sucking my motivation for wargaming... Plus well, Skyrim!  (I knew my life would grind to a halt once I finally bought it).

My job has now officially been dis-established.   Undecided

I have maybe a 75% chance of being offered a role in the new team and/or I'll have to find a new job either with BNZ or somewhere else.

Jonathan I have to say I really dont think I'm going to get that forza review to you any time soon as I rehash my CV and send out some letters.   Huh

Oh shit. Sorry to hear that man. That fucking sucks. Would you want to work in another team in the same business (BNZ?), or look somewhere else? 75% isn't bad odds either to be honest...

Yeah it does suck but I totally agree, its not bad odds and the other good news is that it's a fairly quick process so I'll know one way or the other by Thursday.

There are a few options on the table so I'm quietly optimistic.  Hell I may come out of it with a new job and a massive payrise!
