I'm assuming this means that the ships have arrived? [if so] Will you be home around 6.00 - 6.30 tonight.....?

Yes, and the eggs taste FANTASTIC!!! You can come this evening no problem.
I'm so happy!
It turns out the buildings are pretty good value for money now I have them in person. Haven't cracked open the french yet as having too much fun with the buildings.

This is turning out to be quite the awesome day. DM me how much I owe you and I'll get some money out for you.

Yeah I was hoping they would come in yesterday but even so 1 week for postage is pretty good.
Sadly I've got a problem... Im missing a gun for one of the cruisers but got 1 frigate too many. I do have a spare gun from the battleship (if I use a heat lance instead of a gun) so not sure if I can be bothered getting it sorted out.
Oh well.

I believe Maelstrom are pretty good at addressing that stuff aren't they? I'd definitely ask for sure.
Also now I want some buildings to...examine...closely...in my garage...

turns out part of the battleship is quite badly twisted so I'm definitely going to ask for replacement on that and so will ask for the gun at the same time.

FYI this is resin, so it may well be thermally sensitive. Perhaps try immersing a test vessel (tiny flyer)? in some boiling water and see if it softens.
You might be able to dewarp your base? Or maybe just sand the heck out of it and say your sub is 'partially submerged'.

Depends a bit on the resin and can't say I've tried doing anything with Spartan's resins (and they see quite hard), but I've certainly straightened resin stuff in the past with hot water, like those Warmachine figures.
